Authorized Use

Submit only repositories you maintain or own.
Use automated scripts only via official API endpoints.
Participate in fair competition on the leaderboard.

Prohibited

Artificial inflation of commit metrics (gaming).
Harassment of other builders or staff.
Reverse engineering the scoring algorithm.

Platform Liability

PulseRank is provided "as is". We calculate velocity based on public signals but do not guarantee complete accuracy of third-party data sources (GitHub). Rankings are for community benchmarking purposes only.
